How we obtain personal information
We may have received your name and contact details (email address and/or phone number) through a survey or through one of our clients.
You may have given consent to one of our clients to share additional personal information with Enabling Outcomes and we may have received that information from them.
What we use personal information for
We use personal information to contact individuals to see if they would like to engage in an interview or survey directly administered by our organization.
We would only use your contact details for someone at our organization to reach you.
Any engagement with our organization is voluntary and any offering for you to share additional personal information during a survey / interview is on a voluntary “at will” basis.
Sharing of your personal information
We would not share your name or contact details or any personal information with anyone outside of our organization without your prior and informed consent.
Any attribution for anything that you communicate to Enabling Outcomes through a survey or interview would be confidential and shared anonymously with clients as per your consent.
We only attribute statements from surveys and interviews with your full and informed consent.
Protecting your information
We will remove your contact details and any information that has been shared with us from our system 18 months after our initial contact with you. If you would like us to remove your contact details sooner, please let us know and we will process the request within 2 working days.
The information will only be used lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2018).
